Venezuela is currently run by a terrible government. Hugo Chavez the Venezuelan president is the leader and has control over all. He uses the military to reign over all of Venezuela. Also, since the majority of the population in Venezuela is the lower class, he pays them to vote for him. He has won the elections over these past years because of that. If Venezuela is to improve they need to change the social structure. I believe that firstly Venezuela should have a new and fair government. There are too many selfish and bad leaders in Venezuela. I also think the military should rule over the country because they wouldn't make bad desicions. If this happened the country would imporve dramatically because the military wouldn't steal from the people. That is why there is so much poverty in Venezuela, because the government only makes things worse instead of helping.
